ERIC GLOVER
Yoga found me 20 years ago, and it’s been a source of healing, transformation, and joy ever since. Through life’s twists and turns—injuries, surgeries, and challenges—yoga has been my constant, allowing me to move, breathe, and reconnect with myself in new and powerful ways. What started as a way to recover became so much more: a path to freedom, balance, and deep self-discovery.
Slowing down and learning to truly breathe opened me up—not just to the postures, but to the magic of the practice. Yoga has been my greatest teacher, helping me heal not only my body but also my heart and spirit. Along the way, I’ve been blessed with incredible teachers and experiences, from shamans in Peru to Sufi masters in the Holy Land, all reinforcing what I now know to be true: yoga is an elixir of life, a way to come home to ourselves with joy and wholeness.
Now, my greatest passion is sharing this gift with others. My goal in teaching is to create a space of ease, fun, and discovery—a place where we can move, breathe, and be fully ourselves. Yoga is true medicine for the mind, body, and soul, and I’m honored to guide others in finding their own peace, balance, and vitality through this incredible practice.

MICHELLE DECASTRO
Grounded in Hatha Yoga, including breathing techniques and meditation I have been studying and teaching all levels and various styles of yoga from beginning through advanced as well as special needs for over 23 years. My desire is to kindly guide and encourage students to explore, discover and refine a balanced and holistic connection with Self via the ancient and beautiful principles of yoga.
I studied intensely for 6 years with Eric Small, Iyengar Master Teacher and Director of Stress Control Systems of Southern California in the premier method of Teacher to aspirant learning the principles of body/mind alignment, opening to harmony of effort and ease as well as a multitude of inner dimensional mysteries. I am also 200 RYA and certified in Functional Fascia.
It has been my deep joy to discover and teach that through mindful and compassionate practice we empower ourselves in strength, agility, grace, balance, fluid fascia, body/mind integration and integrity, shifting our nervous system into releasing stress, boosting mood and energy, creating a calm expansive witness consciousness.

WENDY COLONNA
Wendy’s journey with yoga began in the most unexpected place—a boxing gym in Austin in 2001. At the time, she was working at a therapeutic wilderness camp for at-risk youth, and yoga quickly became a source of strength, both physically and mentally. As a counselor and touring musician, the practice deepened her stamina, resilience, and compassion, making it an essential part of her life. Not long after, she earned her first teacher certification and has been sharing her love of yoga ever since.
Wendy’s approach to Ashtanga is both reverent and refreshingly lighthearted. While the discipline of the practice is powerful, she believes in honoring the breath, sequence, and moving meditation—and in laughing when things get challenging! Because grace isn’t just about stillness and strength—it’s also about joy. Whether she’s guiding students through morning classes or sharing wisdom from the mat, Wendy creates an uplifting, welcoming space where everyone can grow, explore, and have fun.
